Service description

AI Text Coach ("the Service") is an AI-powered writing enhancement tool at aitextcoach.com. It rewrites text to sound more natural and less machine-generated. The Service is provided by an individual developer and is not affiliated with any corporate entity.

Free and Pro tiers

• Free tier: 500 characters per day, no signup required.
• Pro tier: 5,000 characters per day for $0.99/month, billed monthly via PayPal. Pro access is linked to the email you provide at checkout.

Payments and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Upon cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you encounter a billing issue, contact us and we will resolve it.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, academic, and commercial writing. You may not:

• Use the Service to produce content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Share one Pro account among multiple people.
• Circumvent daily usage limits by creating multiple accounts or using VPNs to rotate IP addresses.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all text you submit. By submitting text, you grant us a temporary license to process it through our AI pipeline solely to return the enhanced result to you. We do not store, use, or publish your submitted text.

AI output disclaimer

The Service uses AI to suggest rewrites. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before use. We are not liable for any consequences of using AI output.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Pro tier, we will provide at least 30 days notice and refund any prepaid time.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
