What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Email address — only if you choose to subscribe to Pro. Used solely to link your subscription and grant Pro access.
• Text you submit — sent to our AI processing API to generate results. We do not store or log the content of your submissions.
• Usage counts — characters processed per day, keyed by email (Pro users) or IP address (free users). Used only for daily quota enforcement.
• Analytics — page views and interactions via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These are aggregate and anonymized where possible.

What we do not collect

• We do not require account registration to use the free tier.
• We do not store or train on the text you submit.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Third-party services

• PayPal — handles all payment processing. We receive a subscription ID and your email from PayPal to activate Pro; we do not see your payment card details.
• DeepSeek AI — processes your text submissions via API. Your text is sent to DeepSeek servers for AI enhancement and is subject to DeepSeek's data policies.
• Cloudflare — hosts the service infrastructure (Workers, Pages, D1 database). Data is processed on Cloudflare's global network.
• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymized usage data.
• Microsoft Clarity — records session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the tool.

Data retention

Daily usage counts are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Email and subscription status for Pro users are retained as long as the subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your Pro status is removed within 24 hours and your email is retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
